three line tales week 131: take my hand

“My forefathers were made to work here, and now we own this place but this house- a wound from that rusty iron bar – infected and hurting and ironically I still don’t want to give it up!” she said.

“Really? You should have told me about the rusty iron bars and rest of the iron-related stuff you are telling me now earlier Ma! I thought the walls were all wood but Now, don’t you worry for I will take a quick selfie with it and add the iron stuff in the description before listing it again!”

She laughed out loud and kissed her innocent daughter.
